The light treatment is a nontraditional medicine of acne which became popular these last years. One also knows it as a blue light. It is a treatment using the lights of strong intensity which acts in a way similar to light UV when it is employed in a system of water purification. The population of bacteria on the skin is bathed in the blue light in a series of sessions of treatment. This has like consequence a reduction of the number of bacteria. The practice to employ lights UV was stopped because of its tendency to damage the skin.
